The charming atmosphere of the old villa has intentionally been preserved: the hotel offers their guests 33 rooms with a wonderful view on the beautiful inner garden. The location is excellent: right in the historical centre of Venice, close to the train station and just a 5 min. walk from the large car park terminal in P.le Roma.

San Samuele provides a friendly atmosphere with pleasant simple clean rooms many of which are sunny, with window boxes in summer. The rooms overlook the street, there are no canal views.
